KCR's Violation - Gaddar's First Vote!

Revolutionary Singer Gaddar is known for his inclination to the naxal ideology. Generally, Such Individuals doesn't believe in the election process.
Contrary to what he has done for decades, Gaddar had registered his vote for the first time. He had even cast his vote in Hyderabad Today. Interestingly, Gaddar opined constitution can be protected with the voting process. He claims to be believing that this elections will bring a much needed political change. Needless to say that Gaddar voted for Mahakutami Candidate as his ultimate goal is to defeat TRS.
On the other hand, KCR is facing criticism for violating the Election Rules by predicting TRS victory in the premises of a booth when the polling is happening. Both Congress and BJP lodged complaints with Election Commission against the TRS Supremo. What would Chief Electoral Officer do now?
