Mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy who is not happy with the BJP started his own party and fielded a few candidates. His wife is among the candidates who are contesting in the upcoming elections from the Kalyana Rajya Pragati Paksha party. His party was given Football as the election symbol for the polls by the Election Commission of India.
Janardhan Reddy's wife Gali Lakshmi Aruna who is contesting the elections from the Ballari constituency filed her nomination. In the nomination, she mentioned the details of assets and ornaments she owns and the list came as a big surprise to one and all.
Aruna said that she doesn't own a car. This came as a big surprise as she is the wife of Mining Baron Gali and she has assets worth over Rs 96 crores. One more thing is that Gali Janrdhan Reddy's wife is richer than her husband and the assets she has are way bigger than her husband's.
Aruna has movable assets worth Rs 96.23 cr and her immovable assets are worth Rs Rs 104.38 cr. Talking about cash in hand, she has around Rs 1.76 lakh. She has silver ornaments and gold & diamond jewelry worth Rs 77.20 lakh and Rs 16.44 cr respectively.
