Why did Gali showered praises on KCR?

Usually, TDP Leaders take potshots at KCR & TRS Government. Veteran Netas like Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu can't stop showering praises even if the Opponent does good work. The TDP MLC appreciated Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao over delimitation of Districts. Now, Gali comes up with the proposal of renaming one of Telangana Districts after TDP Founder.
Recently, KCR claimed he took inspiration from NTR's historic Mandal System for the delimitation of Districts. 'Its really appreciable that KCR openly declared how much he respects NTR and the inspiration he took from him,' he commented.
Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu told NTR holds the credit of bringing Residential Schools on Telugu Soil. He opined KCR followed the path shown by NTR to set up BC Welfare Hostels.
In such special cases, Even AP CM Chandrababu Naidu couldn't dare to ask his partymen to refrain from praising KCR. What do you say guys?
