As per PRS India survey, Only 3 (Maganti Babu, SPY Reddy, Siva Prasad) out of 25 MPs in the State didn't took part in debates in Parliament over the part two years. Two of these Parliamentarians belong to YSR Congress, much to the embarrassment of YS Jagan.Guntur MP Galla Jaydev leads the chart by taking part in the debates as many as 55 times. His attendance percentage stood at an impressive 86.
TDP MPs Rammohan Naidu & Thota Narasimham occupies 2nd & 3rd Ranks with active participation in 53 & 41 debates respectively. YCP MPs Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy and Kothapalli Geetha jointly ranked 4th with participation in debates for 40 times. Another YCP MP Varaprasad came 5th by debating 38 times.
When it comes to performance in Question Hour, YSRC MP Kothapalli Geetha claims No.1 position by asking 354 queries. Galla Jaydev (234), Rammohan Naidu (217), YV Subba Reddy (194) and Mekapati (186) occupy the rest of the Top 5 spots. YCP MPs SPY Reddy and Varaprasad didn't even raise a single question in the past 2 years.
