Why Ganguly skipped Ravi Shastri's interview?

Former Team India Director Ravi Shastri breathed fire at Sourav Ganguly for his alleged absence during his interview for Coach job.
Ravi Shastri is one of the aspirants of Team India head coach job. BCCI's Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) comprising Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman have conducted the interview session to pick up the best person to be Team India's next coach. But, Gaungly skipped the meeting when Ravi Shastri gave a presentation to the CAC.
Expressing his disappointment over the development, Ravi Shastri said Ganguly has shown disrespect to the selection process. His message for Dada would be - 'Next time, be present for the meeting if its as important as Coach selection'.
