Why Vallabhaneni Vamsi surrendered Gunman?

Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi is known to be the close aide of slain TDP Leader Paritala Ravi. He remained loyal to the Telugu Desam Leadership even during the tough times. Since few years, He is one of the go-to-leaders for party leadership in Krishna District be it any issue.
Straight-forward nature of Vallabhaneni Vamsi caused him few problems. He had rift with Vijayawada former police commissioner Seetharamanjaneyulu & few politicians in the past.
AP Government provided One-Plus-One Gunmen for the security of Vallabhaneni Vamsi. The Legislator moved an application long back seeking increase of security cover to Two-Plus-Two. However, Government didn't consider the request at all till date. Even the request for renewal of licenses of three guns wasn't processed.
Upset over the treatment meted out to him, Vamsi surrendered the gunman to the Government. 'Government has given My Gunman a single pistol not even carbon weapon. Nobody is concerned about my security though I have been requesting since three-and-a-half years. My licensed revolvers which were submitted in the police station weren't returned so far,' he fumed.
Will TDP Government takes the responsibility if anything happens to Vallabhaneni Vamsi? Why his appeals have been neglected despite severe threats? Let's see how CM Chandrababu Naidu responds on the outburst of the Party MLA!
