Following the leakage of the toxic age from a chemical point at a firm in Visakhapatnam, eight people including a child lost their lives reportedly. The incident took place in th early hours of Thursday.

The medical experts asserted that if the proper treatment is provided within 15 minutes of contacting the toxic gas, they can survive and the condition gets under control.

But the reality is quite opposite with their opinion as 200 people were admitted to the hospitals and around 2,000 people fell ill which shows the deadly impact of the toxic gas.

People who sty within a 3 km radius of the chemical plant were shifted to other places so that the count of the ill cases gets reduced at the condition gets under control. Even many trees were also burned with the power of the gas.

The residents of the RR Venkatapuram Village in Visakhapatnam reported the symptoms of burning sensation in their eyes and difficulty in breathing, who were immediately shifted to the nearby hospitals.
