Gautam Adani's stint as Asia's richest Person is short-lived!
By: Tupaki Desk | 9 Feb 2022 11:57 AM GMTThere is a zigzag in the rankings of the richest persons in the world. The list is changing constantly. A day after becoming the richest person in Asia, the Indian business tycoon saw a dip in his fortune and as a result, the tycoon lost his spot as the rocket person.
Gujarat-based business tycoon Gautam Adani had recently emerged as Asia's richest person. He had surpassed Mukesh Ambani in this process. But Adani's success was short-lived as he was beaten by Mukesh Ambani to regain Asia's Richest person spot again.
Mukesh Ambani had managed to regain his position as the richest person in Asia. As per the revised rankings, Mukesh Ambani was ranked the 10th richest person in the world and the richest person in Asia with a fortune of $89.2 billion, while Adani's fortune was restricted to $86.3 billion.
The changes in the richest persons list is a result of the massive changes in the stock market target. The trade made Ambani see a rise in his fortune and found back his position in the list.
Bloomberg had ranked Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bernard Arnault, Bill Gates, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Warren Buffett, Steve Ballmer, Larry Ellison, and Mukesh Ambani as the top ten richest people in the world in the respective places.
