Former Indian Cricketer Gautam Gambhir slammed Media for baseless reports saying he deliberately ignored India's ODI Skipper and his former Teammate MS Dhoni after the Vijay Hazare match.
Gautam Gambhir told he did shake hands with Dhoni after Delhi defeated Jharkhand in the quarter final of the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He blasted media for misleading reports and asked the reporters to verify facts before reporting. Later, He even shared the picture of himself shaking hands with MSD on his Twitter page.
On the funny note, Gambhir opined the handshake of himself & Dhoni made more news than Modi & Nawaz Sharif in Pakistan recently.
There is buzz that all isn't well between Dhoni and Gambhir since the past few years. It is also seen as one of the reasons behind Gambhir's ouster from Team India in all formats.
