Get ready for National Park on Moon

US Government has been stressing on the proposal of establishing a National Park on the Moon. A new bill introduced by the US Congress would permit the creation of Apollo Lunar Landing Sites National Historical Park on the surface of Moon.
The bill was named as Apollo Lunar Landing Legacy Act (House Resolution 2617) and it was now considered by the Committee on Science, Space and Technology along with the House Committee on Natural Resurces.
US states Apollo Lunar Programme is one of the greatest achievements in the US history. The bill also permits foreign nations and commercial enterprises to land on the moon.
In the Bill, Apollo Lunar Landing sites refer to all the areas of the Moon where the astronauts touched the lunar space during the period 1969 and 1972.
