What will happen to Balayya's House now?

Standing Committee came up with the proposal of Road Widening at the stretch between Jubilee Hills Check Post and Road No.45. It suggested compensation for Owners of Residential Homes & Business Establishments as there is need for demolition of structures.
The House of Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna is located in between Jubilee Hills Check Post and Road No.45. Actually, Chandrababu Naidu's Family used to live here till the early 90s. After the Film Industry shifted from Madras to Hyderabad, Balakrishna's Family moved the base to here and since then they were staying at this particular house.
Certainly, Balakrishna's Family will be worried if GHMC approves the proposal of the Standing Committee. Will the Hindupur MLA uses his good contacts with Telangana CM KCR for saving his House?
