Amid Heavy Rains, GHMC Urges Citizens To Be More Careful

Pearl City, Hyderabad is suffering from heavy rains for a few days. As a result, the roads are flooded with water and in some instances, vehicles were washed away
The weather forecast reports claimed that the city might witness heavy rains in the coming two to three days. Following this, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials swing into action.
GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar appealed to the public to be at their residence and not to step out of their houses unless its an emergency. He asked the citizens to dial either the EVDM Call center or the GHMC call center for any emergencies
As a precautionary measure, the civic body directed the Disaster Response Force teams and monsoon emergency teams to be more alert to attend any emergencies.
