GST Effect: What's gonna be Costlier & Cheap?

Goods & Services Tax is going to come into effect from July 1st this year, Already, Parliament has approve all the four legislations (Central GST, Integrated GST, Union Territory GST and Compensation GST).
GST which is dubbed as 'One Nation - One Tax' regime is going to be a burden for Common Man initially as most of the services are gonna get costlier. Whereas, There will be a change in the situation in long term.
Four-Tier Tax Regime of GST: 5 Percent, 12 Percent, 18 Percent and 28 Percent. Even a peak taxation of 40 percent will be levied on products which aren't good for health.
What's gonna be costly?
House Rent, Insurance Policies, Healthcare Benefits, School Fee, Banking Services, Mobile Phone Bills, Wi-Fi, DTH Services, Online Ticket Booking, Investment Management Services, Courier Service, Metro & Local Train Tickets.
What's gonna be cheap?
TV Sets, Cooking Appliances, Washing Machines & etc.,
High Taxation on Sin Goods:
Huge taxes will be levied on all Tobacco Products such as Cigarettes and Aerated Drinks like Coca Cola and Pepsi.
