The TV 9 storm is turning out to be a mere storm in the tea cup. After the majority stake holders took over, initial defiance notwithstanding, Ravi Prakash meekly surrendered sending his resignation through a messenger. But, is the game all over? Sources say, it may not be. Ravi Prakash still has a huge set of followers in the TV 9 and can use them to trouble and torment the new management.
The man who will keep Ravi Prakash at bay and set the TV 9 house in order is Gottipati Singa Rao. He has been appointed COO of TV9 . Though Mahendrea Mishra is the temporary CEO, it is Rao, who will call the shots. Soon after the presser at Taj Deccan, the new team went over to the TV 9 to meet the staff members. They tried to clear their apprehensions and said that nothing has changed except Ravi Prakash's removal. They tried to instil conference in the staff and told the staff to work as usual.
