Air India To Operate 180 Flights Between India & USA

The government of India has started the 'Vande Bharat Mission' on the 6th of May to help stranded people reach their destinations using special repatriation flights. Several people were airlifted during the two phases of the mission and now, the government have arranged everything to start the third phase.
Air India will operate 180 flights between India and USA from July 22 under Vande Bharat Mission. Flights will operate to/from New York, Chicago, Newark, San Francisco and Wahington DC and will offer connections to Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
Air India, on the other hand, has slashed the fares in the third phase following complaints that were registered during the first two phases of the Mission.
United Airlines has allowed flights to Delhi from Monday in accordance with the agreements made with the respective countries. As per the agreements made with France and Germany, Air France will operate 28 flights between Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Paris from July 18 to August 1.
Taking to micro-blogging site, Air India wrote, "180 Flights between India and USA under Vande Bharat Mission are scheduled. Tickets can be booked through Air India website, booking offices and Authorised Travel Agents".
