Governor Narasimhan Creates Rare Record

There was a perception among public that Governor is more like a Rubber Stamp. However, ESL Narasimhan left a mark of his own ever since he was appointed as the Governor of Telugu States during Congress regime. He showed his power and capability by winning the trust of both the National Parties. All the Governors appointed by UPA were replaced by NDA after the end of their terms but Narasimhan continued in post for more duration than anyone anticipated.
Narasimhan created a rare record while serving as the Governor of Telugu States. He is the only Governor to have administered the Oath-Taking Ceremonies of five Chief Ministers during his term.
Apparently, Narasimhan was appointed as Governor of AP and Telangana prior to the bifurcation. He was the one who administered Kiran Kumar Reddy's swearing-in ceremony before partition, he made KCR and Chandrababu Naidu take oath as CM post the bifurcation, Took part in the swearing-in ceremony of KCR as CM of Telangana for second consecutive term and made YS Jaganmohan Reddy accept the CM Post Today. By doing so, Narasimhan added a new feather to his cap.
