Governor Narasimhan's Address: Key Highlights!

He spoke about the areas on which newly elected YCP Government would be focussing. Corruption-free Rule, All-Round Development of the State and Taking Welfare Schemes to the last person will be given high priority by the present government.
Manifesto Promises: Manifesto will be treated like Bhagavad Gita, Quran and Bible. We will work relentlessly to fulfil the promises.
Corruption-free Rule: Will set-up a Judicial Commission to eradicate corruption and emerge as a model state in the country. YCP Rule reflects the aspirations of the public.
Gram Volunteers to ensure door delivery of Welfare Schemes: Each One of total 4.33 lakh volunteers will be paid monthly salary of Rs 5,000. Every 50 Villages will be treated as a Unit.
Polavaram Project which is the lifeline of AP will be completed. Centre has to cooperate for completing the unfinished Projects.
Reverse Tendering: If misuse of funds meant for a project is identified, Recovery of the money would be initiated holding the contractor responsible. Recovery Money will be diverted to Welfare Schemes.
Revolutionary Changes will be brought in Administration.
Centre will be pressurised to accord Special Category Status to AP. This Government will work towards implementation of all the provisions of AP Reorganisation Act 2014.
