KCR's Bumper Offer for Ramoji Rao

Telangana Government decided to sanction 295 acres of assigned land to Ramoji Film City through the Tourism Department.
Ramoji Rao sought 295 acres from 250.13 acres of government land at Naganpally in Ibrahimpatnam Mandal and 125.24 acres of land at Anajpur in Abdullapurmet for expansion of the Film City. The Management even agreed to offer the amount fixed by the T-Government for each acre of land.
Actually, YSR Government allotted this land in Naganpally to 300-odd families for Housing. However, None of the beneficiaries has made use of the land so far. TRS Government sought Ramoji Film City Management to deposit Rs 37.65 crore for obtaining the land. The money collected by Government will be distributed to the land owners.
The remaining 81.18 acres of land will be used by Tourism Department for future needs. If Ramoji Film City wishes to take this piece of land as well, Government is more than happy to offer it.
