Centre's No-Fly List to have 3 Levels
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 May 2017 4:21 PM GMTAfter the assault of Air India Official by Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad, Union Government decided to introduce a 'No-Fly List' to deal with unruly passengers. Unruly Passengers will be divided into three categories depending on their behaviour. Punishment will be awarded to them based on which category they fit into.
Level 1: Behaviour involving Physical Gestures.
Level 2: Sexual Harassment & Physically Abusive Behaviour
Level 3: Life Threatening Acts & Causing damage to Aircraft
The ban on unruly passengers will be from 3 Months to 6 Months/2 Years. Sometimes, Even a life-term ban will be imposed depending on the seriousness of the incident involved by the passengers.
