Media reports claimed that the earthquake struck the western coast of Turkey and some parts of Greece. While four people were killed, not less than 120 victims have sustained injuries.
The earthquake in Turkey resulted in the resort city Izmit flooded with water, which in turn caused damage to several buildings in the city. The public was in a panic after seeing the water on the roads, reports claimed.
Turkish Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca took to Twitter to share the sad news. In his Tweet, he said four Turkish nations were killed while 120 citizens were injured.
