President Donald Trump's executive order imposing a ban on refugees and immigrants from seven Muslim-majority country has triggered an uproar. Massive Protests were staged across the World faulting the stand of New US President on Muslim Community.

Following the severe backlash, The White House announced Green Card holders have been exempted from Immigration ban. Even Green Card Holders who were on foreign trips needn't worry about the ban.

A senior official spoke to media from a conference call from White House. He informed, '170 people who had applied for exemption from travel ban were granted permission already. Only a fraction of people gets affected by the Executive Order. Law-abiding Permanent Residents of the USA can travel in US-bound planes but they will be permitted only after necessary security checks at the airports'.

As per Trump's executive order, Citizens of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen and Sudan can't be permitted to stay in United States until further orders were issued. Airlines began preventing citizens from these banned countries from boarding flights to USA.
