Gyanvapi Row:Hindu Side Welcomes Court's Decision!

All eyes were on the Varanasi district court today to know what call the court will take on the petitions filed by five Hindu women. As a safety measure, security was deployed in Varanasi. The petition sought permission from the court to offer prayers at the outwall.
The Muslim side opposed the petition and observed that the Masjid belongs to Waqf Board. Putting an end to all speculations and doubts, the district court gave a big relief to the Hindu side and women who moved the court seeking directives. The petitioners are celebrating the latest development.
The Varanasi district court said, the petition filed by the Hindu women is maintainable and the issue will be heard. Having said that, the district court rejected the petition filed by the Muslim side challenging the Hindu Womens' petition.
Without any doubt, the petitioners welcomed the court's decision and said that it is their first victory in their big fight. They are also hoping that they will win the issue in court.
However, the district court just said, the petition will be heard as it has maintainability. This will not assure that the Hindu side will win. It is not that every petition heard will be in favour.
On the other hand, the Muslim side said that they will approach the Higher court to challenge the court's decision. Both sides in the issue are very adamant that they will win the case. We have to wait and see what happens next.
