H-1B Premium Processing resumed in all categories

Months after temporarily suspending the H-1B visa processing citing heavy rush, US has finally resumed the premium processing of work visas in all categories.

In April 2017, Premium processing of H-1B visas has been suspended citing too much rush of the new petitions. Last month, US resumed processing of H-1B visas in few categories. Now, The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) declared premium processing is now available for all categories of H-1B visas.

H-1B Visa Program permits US Companies to hire highly-skilled foreign workers. About 65,000 H-1B visas and 20,000 visas for those who have expertise in STEM subjects were issued every year.

If the visa petition wasn't processed within 15 days, USCIS will return the premium processing service fee and continue the processing of application. Trump Administration is working on the H-1B visa policy to prevent misuse of it by the Tech Companies to deny jobs for Americans.
