The South Asia Center of the Atlantic Council opined H-1B Workers are made to work in poor conditions frequently. It not only sought increase in wages but also recommends better working conditions and greater employment rights for the H-1B Visa Holders.
This report arrived days after US President Donald Trump promised reforms permitting H-1B Holders to stay in US and easy access to Citizenship. He claimed to be keen to encourage highly-skilled professionals from Foreign Countries.
H-1B Programme boosts the US Economy by compensating the shortage of skilled-people. The US Think-Tank want Trump Administration to bring all of the three reforms it suggested.
