Not So Good News For Indian Techies

As per International Immigration firm Fragomen, Department of Homeland Security is mulling to revive 2011 proposal which recommends H-1B petitioners to preregister for the H-1B cap lottery. In addition, Cap Petitions must be submitted only after obtaining the cap numbers.
US is likely to issue H-1B cap numbers giving priority to the highly skilled and highly paid professionals. Spouses of H1-B visa holders mayn't be allowed to work in US anymore. Count of cases seeking evidence to qualify for H-1B visas has doubled to 41 percent.
These changes gonna have a drastic impact on the Indian IT Companies which hold largest users of H-1B visas and Non-Immigrant Visas. Trump Administration is making the future really difficult for Indian IT Industry.
