How Hackers Stun TRAI Chairman?

Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India (TRAI) Chairman RS Sharma was left stunned after Ethical Hackers claimed to be having his bank account details. They had even shared the screenshots of crediting Rs 1 to Mr.Sharma through Aadhaar-enabled Payment Service and even Transaction IDs were posted.
Hackers targeted TRAI Chairman in this manner a day after he shares his Aadhaar Number (7621 7768 2740) and challenged Aadhaar critics to harm him if they can. So far, 14 Details of RS Sharma were leaked. This include Mobile Numbers, Date Of Birth, PAN, Voter ID, Residential Address, Phone Model, Telecom Operator and Air India frequent flyer ID. Hackers claimed to be having details such as Acc Number, IFSC Code of five other bank accounts of the TRAI Chairman. In addition, Demat Account Details, payment history for a 3 year subscription to a right-wing website using his SBI debit card and Relying on Aadhaar for sale of organic goods on July 2nd this year were leaked.
Ethical Hackers are someone who doesn't have any malicious or criminal intent. They just hack into computer networks to test their security.
French security expert Elliot Alderson suggested RS Sharma to alter his Gmail password after it was hacked. However, TRAI Chairman questioned why should he change when it's working fine and went on to say hacking didn't happen because of Aadhaar.
