Why no Muslims in Indian Team?

Former Indian Police Service (IPS) Officer Sanjeev Bhatt found fault with the selection process of Board of Control of Cricket in India (BCCI). He questioned, 'Whether there is any Muslim Player in the Indian Team? or Have Muslims stopped playing Cricket?'.
Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh came up with an epic reply to the questions raised by the Ex-IPS. He opined Hindu, Muslim, Christians, Singh are like brothers and it's not acceptable to discriminate cricketers based on colour, caste and religion. Bhajji made it clear every cricketer who plays for India is a 'Hindustani'. That's how curtains had been drawn on an unhealthy debate on Social Media.
Sanjeev Bhatt need to realize Mohammad Shami, who is the frontline bowler of India, is a Muslim. He was included even in the Test Squad for upcoming series against Sri Lanka. Whereas, Mohammed Siraj found a place in India's T20 squad.
Inspite of a record breaking century by Skipper Kohli, India lost to New Zealand in the first ODI at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Men-in-Blue has to win the other two ODIs to win the series.
