Harikrishna Telugu Speech In Rajya Sabha

Just alike his Father NTR, Nandamuri Harikrishna offered utmost importance for Telugu Language throughout his life. He even passed away on 'Telugu Language Day' (August 29th).
Who would have forgot how Harikrishna fought with Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Kurien for 'Telugu'? Harikrishna began delivering speech in Telugu during the debate on AP bifurcation. However, Kurien objected citing the MP hasn't sought prior permission to speak in Telugu. He told Translator would have been provided had if there was prior intimation.
Then, Harikrishna told Expressions matters the most not Translation. He claimed to be having the right to speak in Telugu being a Telugu Man. Kurien raised objection saying at least he should understand what an MP was speaking.
BJP MP M Venkaiah Naidu intervened to say Deputy Chairman can't order MPs to speak only in a particular language.
Though Kurien appealed him not to speak in Telugu, Harikrishna delivered the speech in his Mother Tongue itself. Telugu People could still remember Harikrishna questioning, 'Telangana Prathyeka Rashtram Prakatinchi…Thanboolalu Iccham Tannuku Chavandi Antara?'.
