Telangana Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao breathed fire on Congress Leaders for moving High Court to stall Mallannasagar project.
Harish Rao: 'Masula Satyanarayana and Masula Ramachandram were natives of Singaram village. Both of them had passed away two-years-ago. A petition was moved in High Court against Mallannasagar on behalf of these two dead persons. People who were no more alive files cases? Have you see this happen anywhere else? This is proof of cruel culture of Congress party. Is PCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy ready for an open debate on this issue?'.
The Minister alleged Congress party has chalked out a conspiracy to stall the development in the state. He claimed TRS Government is determined to achieve Golden Telangana where there won't be any suicides of farmers by taking up irrigation projects like Mallannasagar. He slammed Congress Leaders for using forgery signature to stall the projects.
Harish Rao pledged to bring Godavari water to Siddipet by 2017 end. He told Midmaneru project will be completed by August next year. He also informed Godavari water will flow from Kaleswaram to Ellampalli, Ellampalli to Midmaneru and A SRSP to Midmaneru.
TRS Government is going to levy PD Act against those dealers who supply fake or unproductive seeds to the farmers.
