80% Polling; TRS To Get 70% Votes

Ruling TRS is going to bag another mammoth victory. The by election for Narayanakhed Assembly was finished yesterday and the by-election on Saturday witnessed a huge turnout of voters and 82.75 per cent of them exercised their franchise.All the exit polls predict a clean sweep for the ruling Telanagana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in the by-election.
It is estimated that the TRS might gain over 70 percent of the votes cast in the by-election. The polls were necessitated following the death of senior Congress MLA Kista Reddy. Congress party gave the ticket to his son Sanjeeva Reddy to contest the polls.
TRS leader and Major Irrigation Minister Harish Rao took the election very prestigiously and he campaigned in Narayankhed since 20 days has gone all out to campaign for the TRS candidate M Bhupal Reddy. Counting of votes will happen on Fe 16 th and result will be out on same day.
TRS candidate M Bhupal Reddy, P Sanjeeva Reddy of the Congress and M Vijayapal Reddy of Telugu Desam party are in the fray besides some Independents.
