Harish Rao Facing Agnipariksha
X
Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao is the honorary president of Telangana Majdoor Union (TMU) which served notices informing about the decision to announce indefinite strike from June 11th if Telangana Government ignores its demand of hike in salaries. Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao warned RTC Employees not to lose their jobs by taking part in the indefinite strike.

Telangana Majdoor Union desperately want Harish Rao to fight for their cause. However, The Minister remained mum so far as he don't want to face the wrath of CM KCR.

What can Harish Rao do in such a tricky situation? Well-wishers have been advising the Irrigation Minister to quit the post of TMU Honorary President before the strike begins so as to avoid embarrassment for himself and the state government. If he continues in the post during the strike period, There is every possibility of KCR assuming that Harish Rao might be behind it. Resigning to the post when his services were needed badly might result in losing Harish's grip on the union & employees. So, It's like dealing with a double-edged sword!
