Harish Rao fires on CBN in the presence of KCR

Telangana Irrigation minister T Harish Rao breathed fire on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in the presence of his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao and Union Water Resource Minister Uma Bharti during the Apex Council Meeting in New Delhi on September 21st.
Following the direction from Supreme Court based on the petition filed by AP Government over the construction of irrigation projects in Telangana & allocation of water to Seemandhra, Uma Bharti convened the First Meeting of Apex Council with Chief Ministers of Telugu States to resolve the water disputes. When Chandrababu Naidu maintained that friendly atmosphere will resolve the inter-state issues, Harish Rao shot back saying AP Govt doesn't implement what it preaches and continues to create problems for Telangana irrigation projects. 'How could AP Govt object Palamuru-Dhindi project in Apex Council meet if it wishes to maintain friendly relations?,' he asked.
Harish Rao claimed Telangana Government has done so much to AP post the bifurcation. At this point, KCR intervened and tried to calm down the Irrigation Minister. The aggressiveness of Harish Rao in a meeting chaired by Union Minister became a talking point since Yesterday.
