Has India entered 3rd Phase of Corona virus?

Has India entered into the deadly and dangerous Phase 3 of Corona virus spread? Though the Government is hotly denying there are some straws in the wind that seem to make people believe that the country is already in Phase 3.
Phase 3 is the stage when the virus attains community spread. In the first phase, those returning from abroad are infected. In Stage 2, those who live in close to these carriers get infected. In the third phase, the virus spreads among the whole community. This phase is incontrollable and the virus spreads like wild fire. The health and other infrastructure collapses. The officials are now admitting that since March 28, cases with no previous travel history are being recorded. Some people who have never gone abroad nor met anyone returning from abroad, have been found to be Corona positive.
Though Indian Council of Medical Research chief Raman, who admitted that there were corona infections among even non-travel history, did not elaborate on the number of such people, it is now clear that the corona danger is all the more serious and needs greater lockdown measures.
