Having Aids HE Rapes Daughters for 10 Years

This is one of the repulsive incident which was reported from Mumbai. In a shocking incident a 40-year-old father had raped his daughter repeatedly for 10 years. More shocking is he knew that he was infected with AIDS and is likely to infect his daughters too.
Going into details 21 year lady filed a police complaint against her father saying that her father raped her younger sister who is 12-year-old.In her complaint she informed police that her father raped her on 2005 and continued it for ten years.
However, she was shattered when her younger sister who was just 12 years old informed about her father atrocities against her from last one year. She took help from her neighbours and filed a police complaint.In her complaint she added that her mother also had known about the atrocities but kept mum to ensure that their family's reputation did not suffer.
Basing on the statements of the younger girl, her father who was wotking as carpenter was nabbed on September 2 by Chakrop police. The daughters are being sent to the hospital for a medical check-up.
The carpenter was booked under several Sections of the IPC including 376 (Rape) and relevant Sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.After arresting the accused, police took him to a hospital for medical check-up and doctors revealed that the man had AIDS. The accused said he had known about his illness since a year and has been taking medication
