Big Relief to Revanth

In a major relief to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, Court relaxed conditions on the bail. While granting bail Court asked the MLA to not leave his constituency Kodangal. Revanth Reddy appealed to relax the condition and permit him to go wherever he wanted in the state.
Court today heard the plea of Revanth and allowed him to leave Kodangal whenever he wanted. However, Court asked him to be present in court every Monday. The latest relief makes MLA's path easy to stay in Hyderabad and he can attend TDP party office from now.
The ACB had arrested Revanth Reddy on May 31 while he was handing over a bribe of Rs.50 lakh to nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson. On June 30 the judge granted bail with the condition that the MLA confines himself to his Kodangal constituency.
