Ex-PM don't know how to operate Mobile Phone

Union Government has been stressing on creating cashless economy in India since the launch of demonetisation. But, Whether its really possible to covert India which is highly dependent on cash transactions to opt for 100% digital payments.
Responding the buzz about plastic money, Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda told: 'I am an ex-Prime Minister of this country. But, I don't know how to even operate a mobile phone. How can the people of rural India and illiterates use Mobile Banking? Modi acted like a dictator when it comes to demonetisation'.
Whereas, Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram described demonetisation as a huge scam. He alleged NDA is pressing for digital economy to save itself from the anguish of the public.
In counter, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley alleged UPA regime is full of corruption and scams. He opined Congress Leaders were just trying to make noise for political mileage.
