A teenage girl who has been suffering from a prolonged cough has consulted a doctor. After listening to her symptoms, the doctor advised the girl to get an X-ray done.
The doctors were surprised looking at her X-ray as the girl's heart is at the right side. Usually, the heart is placed on the left side of the chest.
The teenage girl was also shocked looking at the X-ray. It is said that the girl has a lung infection.
Clarie Mack, a 19-year-old girl from Chicago was directed by the doctor to go and get the X-ray done as she has a lung infection.
After examining the X-ray report, the doctors told the teenager that she need not worry about this as this is a condition called Dextrocardia and less than one percent of the population will have such a condition.
Dextrocardia is not a life taking condition and there is no need of taking any medical help or assistance, the doctors reportedly said.
After knowing her condition, her family were in a state of panic at first. But they have calmed down listening to the doctor's words that the condition is not a life taking one.
The teenager shared her rare and weird experience she faced with the X-ray on social media. The netizens were also stunned by knowing the rare condition as they didn't heard about such things earlier.
