National Capital Delhi was hit hard by heavy rains and two people were allegedly killed with flood waters. Many roads and areas were filled with water making it hard for the public to travel.
Rain water gathered on roads to a level that even a bus got stuck with water logging. This happened in the national capital at the Minto Bridge in New Delhi.
If the information provided by some media reports is to be believed, one person lost his life with water logging, while the other person lost his life due to electrocution.
It has been widely reported that the heavy rains started during the early hours of Sunday morning and the rainfall was recorded at 4.9 mm. The rainfall level is a bit higher than that predicted by the weather officials.
