A hen who was named Monique and her owner Guirec Soudee, a human, were currently on a World tour. They used to survive on rice and corn during their months long journey. This unusual story of two sailors went viral on social media after the 24-Year-Old French Sailor shared a footage of himself with the hen at the North Pole region.
What surprising is the fact that Monique adjusted to the extreme temperatures throughout the global adventure. It didn't even have any issues laying eggs anywhere on the planet.
Guirec Soudee have plans to reach North West passage in the Arctic Ocean with Monique. If this tour turns successful, Monique will be the only hen to do it.
