Prague is the judicial capital ofHollandEven Malysia there are two capitals - Kualalampur and Putrajaya. Kualalampur was the capital fro, 1057. Since 2001, Putrajaya was built as the second capital. In fact, decentralisation and construction of more than one capitals has been one of the major suggestions of the Sivaramakrishnan Committee. The committee had experts from various fields and they suggested against over centralisation. But, the TDP government rejected this proposal and went ahead with its decision to acquire lands in Amaravati. The committee suggested that there be three capitals - Vizag for North Andhra, for a suitable place between Guntur and Vijayawada. Thirdly, there should be another capital for Rayalaseema. The committee also suggested that Amaravati is not suitable to be the capital as it is flood prone. The land in Amaravati is fertile and construction activity would actually impair food security. YS Jagan's move to have three capitals has actually fulfilled several conditions laid out in the Sivaramakrishnan Committe report.
