Hero Dileep Bail Plea rejected

A Kerala Court turned down the bail plea of Malayalam actor Dileep who is facing criminal charges in Actress abduction and assault case. After the end of 2 Days Custody, Magistrate extended the stay of the Actor in prison till July 25th.
Cops named Pulsar Suni as Prime Accused & Dileep as Accused No.2 in the charge sheet. They reported to the Court that Dileep hasn't been cooperating with the investigation.
Investigative Sleuths say Dileep made Pulsar Suni record the Sexual Assault with the intention to blackmail the Actress in future. They also alleged Dileep received the mobile phone/memory card used to record the assault from Pulsar Suni at his wife Kavya Madhavan's Business Venture. Custody of Dileep was sought citing safety of the Victim & Law and Order issue.
Police informed to court that Mobile Phone used to record sexual assault of the Actress is yet to be recovered from Dileep. They opined granting bail to him would only ruin the chances of recovering the evidence.
