Hero Dileep charged with Gangrape

Malayalam Hero Dileep is charged with gang-rape in connection with the actress abduction on molestation case. A case was booked against the Actor under Sections 376 (D) [Gangrape], 120 (B) [Conspiracy], 366 [Abduction], 506 (1) [Criminal Intimidation], 342 [Wrongful Confinement], 411 [Receiving Stolen Property], 201 [Evidence of Offence disappearance], 212 [Protecting Offender] and 34 [Criminal Conspiracy].
Cops named Dileep as the main conspirator in the remand report. If prove guilty, Dileep will have to serve a jail sentence of more than 20 years or life sentence apart from fine.
As per findings of investigation, Dileep & Prime Accused Pulsar Suni met for the first time at Abad Plaza in Kochi on March 26th, 2013 to plan the conspiracy. This happened when Malayalam Actors were rehearsing for an event organized by film body AMMA. The Actor asked Pulsar Suni to film the assault to make sure it's not a fake or morphed video.
