Hero Vijay moves Court against parents and few others!

Tamil Hero Vijay had surprised everyone by knocking on the doors of the Madras High Court against a few people including his parents. The development in Tamil Nadu came as a big surprise to his fans and others as well. The Court had adjourned the next hearing to the 27th of this month.
Going into details, Vijay found fault with the usage of his name for political purposes. In the petition, he had alleged that, without his consent, his name was being used for political gains and sought a ban on the usage of his name.
The Court had adjourned the hearing in the case as the lawyers who represent actor Vijay didn't appear before the court for the hearing. Earlier too, Vijay reportedly warned his family members and others to not use his name for political meetings.
It is known that Vijay's father SA Chandrasekhar had floated a political outfit All India Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyakkam. He is the general secretary of the party while his wife Shoba is the treasurer of the party.
Media reports say that the meetings were held by Vijay's father to gain political mileage so that the party can bank on that for the forthcoming local body elections which are scheduled to be held in October. Actor Vijay who was not happy with this moved the Court.
Besides Vijay's parents, the petition was also filed against the executives of the Vijay Makkal Iyakkam for using his name for their personal and political gains.
