Prabhas Petition: HC Asks T-Govt To File Counter!

It is known that Prabhas moved the Hyderabad High Court against the seizure of his farmhouse in Raydurg Panmaktha village of Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Claiming to be the owner of the 2,083 square yards of property, The Actor appealed High Court to restrict the Serilingampally Revenue Officials so as to get back his farmhouse.
High Court directed the Telangana Government to file a counter affidavit to the petition moved by Prabhas on or before December 24th. The verdict will be delivered based on the counter affidavit. Next hearing has been adjourned to December 31st.
Revenue Officials cited the favourable verdict given by the Supreme Court in the property dispute related to 84 acres while seizing the farmhouse of Prabhas. Whereas, Prabhas complains he wasn't party in the Supreme Court verdict and Revenue Officials hadn't even served notice before seizing the property. High Court ordered for maintenance of status quo at the property until further orders.
