YS Viveka Case: High Courts Key Orders!
X
The YS Vivekananda Reddy case saw a few interesting developments already and the case saw another big development as the court took the key decision on the accused in the case. The High Court issued orders directing the cancelation of the bail of a-1 in the much-talked-about case.

The High Court of Telangana canceled the bail of Erra Gangi Reddy in the case. He is a-1 in the case and earlier he was granted bail. But the CBI has been arguing that he can influence the witnesses and the investigation agency also said that if he is out then people will not come forward to cooperate with the investigation.

Through the lawyer, the Central Bureau of Investigation told the court that looking at the developments in the case, Erra Gangireddy's petition would be canceled. Having been satisfied with the arguments, the High Court canceled the bail of Erra Gangireddy.

As the bail petition was canceled, the High Court directed Erra Gangireddy to surrender before the police before the 5th of May. By next week he would be surrendering before the Cops. If Gangireddy won't surrender himself then he can be arrested. So everyone is waiting for his surrender.

Erra Gangireddy is Accused one in the case and earlier he was granted bail by the Supreme Court as he said that CBI did not file a charge sheet in the case, even after ninety days of his arrest. So he was given a default bail. But now his bail was canceled as per the orders of the High Court of Telangana.

Erra Gangireddy has been facing allegations that he is the key conspirator of the murder and knows about the attack. He was earlier grilled by the CBI a few times in connection with the case. As his bail was canceled we can expect that the CBI would grill him again.

However, the media reports say that Erra Gangireddy's bail was canceled only till the 30th of June. The Court directed the CBI to finish the investigation in the case by the 1st of June. He was given a bail back in 2019 in the case.
