HC asks Ex-MLA to pay back 5 Years Salary

Hyderabad High Court verdict on Monday came as a huge setback to former Minister and TDP Leader Satrucherla Vijaya Ramaraju.
Actually, Satrucherla served as Naguru MLA from 1999 to 2004. Though its an segment reserved for ST, Satrucherla who is a Kshatriya contested here and completed the five year term as a legislator.
Nimmaka Jayaraju moved the court seeking appropriate action against him. Today, High Court ordered Satrucherla to return the salary he obtained during the 5 years period. This verdict will be a lesson for those leaders who doesn't abide by the rules.
In 2014 Polls, Satrucherla Vijaya Ramaraju unsuccessfully contested from Pathapatnam Assembly segment in Srikakulam district on TDP Ticket. He got defeated by YCP Candidate Ramana Murthy.
