Sadavarthy Lands Auction within 6 Weeks

YSR Congress MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy moved High Court against the irregularities in the sale of Sadavarthy Lands. In response, TDP Government clarified anybody who pays Rs 5 crore in excess to the auction price of Rs 22.44 crore could claim ownership of the 83 acres of land.
Alla Ramakrishna Reddy told High Court that he is willing to pay Rs 27.44 crore in installments. Whereas, Ruling Party Leaders threatened the YCP Legislator will IT Raids after HC granted him permission to take the lands by depositing the amount with Commissioner of AP Endowments Department.
However, AP Government decided to disrupt this procedure by proceeding legally. And now, High Court passed orders to conduct a fresh auction of Sadavarthy Lands within 6 weeks only after issuing paper statement in regional and national dailies. The actual cost of these lands will be disclosed if the auction happens without giving scope for any irregularities.
