No Salary Cut For Roja

YSRCP MLA Roja who got supended from one year has received another blow. The High court has rejected the plea to grant stay on the suspension of Roja from the Assembly for one year. Roja has approached High Court of Hyderabad and filed her petition questioning the suspension of her for one year from AP Assembly. The actress turned MLA had appealed to the High court to grant stay on the decision of AP assembly on her suspension.
But the high court has rejected the plea and it has issued notice to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly secretary for submitting the counter affidavit on the petition of Roja. Roja' lawyer Prakash Reddy has argued that the suspension is against the rules and asked court to grant stay.But Advocate General said that suspension has been done as per the rule and said there has been no cut in the salary of the MLA. Nagari MLA gets suspended from the AP Assembly by Speaker Kodela Shiva Prasad Rao for making irrational remarks on honourable Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
