Andhrajyothi MD Vemuri Radhakrishna received a setback in the High Court. In connection with a case, The Mediahouse Head sought exemption from appearing for the hearings in the court. However, High Court quashed the petition.

When YS Jaganmohan Reddy met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the sake of Andhra Pradesh, Andhrajyothi telecasted a news item accusing the YCP Chief of appealing PM to bail out him from the Disproportionate Assets case. Following which YCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy moved the court seeking action against those behind the baseless allegation.

Trial of this case is going on in Nampally Court. ABN MD informed the court that he was unable to attend the court hearings. Subsequently, Nampally Court fumed at the Media Honcho. Hence, A quash petition was moved in High Court seeking exemption but it's been dismissed.

Radhakrishna will have to appear for the court hearing scheduled to happen on Tuesday. Even Andhrajyothi Editor K Srinivas, Publisher and few other Staff will have to appear for the hearings.
