High Court Served Notice to Diwakar Reddy's Son

As a new development in the limestone lease case of Trishul Cement company, the High Court has served notices to JC Diwakar reddy's son Pawan reddy, daughter in law Samyuktha Reddy. This move has left the JC family in a deep shock.
Notices were also sent to Venu Gopal Reddy, who is a partner of Trishul Cement company. The Constitution bench comprising Chief Justice JK Maheswari and Justice G. Shyam Prasad served the notices to the company. Further inquiry is postponed to December 30.
Interestingly, V. Murali Prasadar Reddy a resident of Tadipatri has filed a pill in High Court requesting to enquire with C.B.I on the financial scams done by Trishul Cement company in limestone mining lease.
The High Court which looked into this case has served notices to JC Diwakar, Trishul Company managing partner S. Hussian Basha, S, Gopal Rao, Timmapuram Devaputrudu, J. Naga Subbarayudu, K. Silas in this case.
